These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of all prepaid eSIM services and related offerings provided by Roamzi (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By using Roamzi services, you agree to comply with these Terms and the applicable policies of our underlying service providers.
1. Agreement and Acceptance
1.1 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Customer”, or “you”) and Roamzi.
1.2 Before registering, purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any Roamzi service, you must carefully read and accept these Terms in full.
1.3 Use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the Services.
2. Description of Services
2.1 Services Offered
Roamzi provides international eSIM connectivity solutions for travelers and business users. Through compatible eSIM-enabled devices, users may browse, purchase, activate, and manage prepaid mobile data plans covering multiple countries and regions worldwide.
Services may include:
Mobile data connectivity
Plan management and activation tools
Account access and support services
Payments are securely processed through third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Alipay, or other supported platforms.
2.2 User Registration
To access certain features, users may be required to create an account. During registration, you may be asked to provide:
A nickname or display name
A valid email address
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and up to date.
2.3 User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Use the Services only for lawful purposes
Follow these Terms and all related policies
You must not:
Engage in fraud, abuse, or illegal activity
Interfere with network operations or system integrity
Roamzi reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if violations occur. During suspension, users remain responsible for any applicable charges.
3. Contract Formation, Duration, and Termination
3.1 A contract is formed when you successfully place an order for an eSIM through the Roamzi website or platform.
3.2 The contract automatically ends once the purchased eSIM plan expires.
3.3 Roamzi may terminate or restrict services at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent behavior, or misuse the Services.
4. Fees and Payments
4.1 Payment Methods
Roamzi accepts payments through supported third-party processors. All payments are securely handled by these providers.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are charged in USD.
4.2 Taxes and Disputes
Prices may include applicable VAT or sales tax unless stated otherwise
Billing disputes must be submitted within 10 days of the charge
Disputed amounts must be clearly identified and justified
Users may not offset claims unless legally confirmed or expressly approved by Roamzi.
4.3 eSIM Delivery
After purchase, your eSIM will be available in your account for activation and also sent to you via email. Users are responsible for activating the eSIM within the plan’s validity period.
4.4 Account Credits (If Applicable)
Roamzi may offer promotional or wallet-based credits subject to the following:
Credits are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
Credits cannot be redeemed for cash
Abuse or misuse may result in forfeiture
Roamzi reserves the right to modify or discontinue credit programs at any time.
5. Refunds, Cancellations, and Modifications
5.1 Service Issues
If an eSIM cannot be activated or used due to a verified technical issue attributable to Roamzi or its suppliers, users may request:
A replacement eSIM, or
A refund
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase and may require supporting evidence.
5.2 Plan Expiry
All plans have a fixed validity period. Unused data or services expire and are not refundable or transferable.
5.3 Special Conditions
Roamzi is not responsible for:
Charges from backup SIMs or alternative providers
Hotel phones or third-party services
User device incompatibility
- Removal of eSim from device after activation
Activated eSIMs are considered used and are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Roamzi processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
User data is collected only as necessary to provide services, fulfill contracts, and communicate service-related information.
Users may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
7. Disclaimers
Roamzi is not liable for service interruptions caused by:
Telecom operator outages
Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, etc.)
Cyberattacks or malicious software
Device configuration issues
Poor signal coverage in certain locations
8. Fair Usage and Service Management
Roamzi reserves the right to apply usage limitations if abnormal or abusive activity is detected.
Users may not:
Resell or lease the Services
Reverse engineer or tamper with systems
Use Services for unlawful purposes
Fraudulent behavior may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, or legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
Roamzi does not guarantee uninterrupted network availability.
Users assume all risks related to:
Device compatibility
User error
Network limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roamzi shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Acceptable Use Policy
You must not use Roamzi services for activities that:
Violate laws or regulations
Infringe intellectual property rights
Promote fraud, hate, violence, or illegal content
Enable scams, financial exploitation, or prohibited services
Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal enforcement.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates.
Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to United Arab Emirates courts for arbitration.
12. Amendments
Roamzi may update these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be published on our website and become effective immediately upon publication.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
